This was a fantastic experience and my friend and I will book again soon for sure .. The night porter was very helpful a lovely man .. then on leaving we stopped at reception and we think it was the manager we spoke to .. Nothing was too much for him .. I've stayed in some 5***** places but this was the best .. We highly recommend you stay here ♥️

Location is good, close to shopping, pubs and food. Walking distance to the Cavern pub/club/restaurant. beware of homeless tent perched on the sidewalk next to hotel entrance. This hotel also services long term stays and our original assigned room smelled of tobacco smoke from previous tenant…front desk was able to relocate us to a better room. Thank you!

The room was better than I expected. The guy on reception on our arrival was so friendly. The hotel is ideally situated for night life and dining out and it was walkable to Albert Dock and the museum. Would recommend a stay here.

Great location with everything within easy reach. The staff were helpful and friendly and the room clean with all we needed for a short break in Liverpool. We parked our car in Mount Pleasant car park, just around the corner for the duration of our stay at a cost of £6 per day. Highly recommended
