Jose at the front desk was wonderful and made our check in process so smooth and easy. He was also very knowledgeable and helpful. The property itself is amazing. So close to everything in Palm Desert and the rooms do not feel like a hotel you feel like you are in a home away from home. So spacious and had everything we needed.
