They need to freshen up the pool area. Its so run down and can't be qualified as spa..it's convenient with restaurant inside the hotel but not a 4 stars hotel experience

Apartments are very nice and spacious. There were 5 of us. 2 adults and 3 kids. Pull out couch and two double beds for the kids. Also an indoor sauna to enjoy. The water park was also great to take the kids to decompress and get them tired for nap time.

We specifically stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. It was immaculately clean and quite spacious. It wasn’t quite walking distance to the downtown areas we had planned to visit, but it was always easy to find a rental scooter at the hotel. The lobby shop was nicely stocked with coffee and simple breakfast items. We didn’t use the pool and spa facilities because we were in town to see family, but it looked very nice.

Children’s Paradise

I am on crutches and there was no attempt to organise accessible room or indicate where I could park. Bed was not comfortable and apartment was stuffy with all windows open. There was no fan or air conditioning. Kitchen amenities were great. Lots of activities to amuse children.

There is no window in the second bedroom and there is no air condition, so it's very hard to sleep in summer. For this kind of price I would expect the air condition to work. Kitchen is nicely equiped and there are good swimming facilities. Check in at 16:00 and check out at 11 also gives you a very little time frame to be in the hotel and so swimming place could be very crowded in the evenings.

The pool fee wasn’t included in the room price. The walk from the villa was inconvenient. Parking was only in the main lot, away from the villa. No A/C and only one window opened 1/4 of the way. The pool area had rust and weathering. The public is allowed to pay to use the facilities and some child sports teams were frequently using the pool area. The city was lovely and we will stay elsewhere the next time.

Bra hotell för barnfamiljer. Incheckningen är väldigt långsam där man varje gång behöver fylla i en blankett med uppgifter om alla som bor i rummet. På grund av det tar det väldigt lång tid att checka in när det är flera olika sälllskap som checkar in samtidigt.

Superior huoneiston varasimme, jotta voimme kokata heti rauhassa eli kaupan kautta saavuimme. Huoneistossa tiskikone täynnä astioita eli tästä sai aloittaa asettumisen. Kauppaan oli kuitenkin lähdettävä heti koska tarvittavat kokkailutarpeet kuten leivinpaperi ja folio puuttuivat. Myöskään pyykinpesuainetta ei ollut eli sekin ostamaan. Viiveen vuoksi eka majoituspäivänä ei ehtinyt kylpylään. Mies öljysu vessan oven kun sen narinalla ei kukaan olisi nukkunut jos joku vessassa olis käynyt. Muutakin huollettavaa huoneistossa oli. Superior on tarkoittanut muissa majoituskohteissa sitä että on pesuaineet, kylpytakit ja tossut sekä kahvi. Täällä kaikki puuttuivat. Kylpylässä tai huoneistossa ei ollut edes kertakäyttöpeflettejä. Kävimme eka kertaa tässä kohteessa. Ei samaa Holiday club laatua mihin totuttu. Taisi jäädä käynti yhteen kertaan. Positiivista lämpimät altaat.

Aamiaisella ei ollut croissantteja, eikä paprikan siivuja. Huoneistossa oli juomalasit reunoilta rikki. saunassa edellisten asukkaiden hiuksia.
