Wonderful location and apartment! We were in Salzburg in very hot weather so really appreciated both the air conditioning and having the balcony to sit out on. It was also good to have the laundry facilities.

Our stay was amazing, 3 nights of total relaxation. We were very kindly given an upgrade to a suite which was so spacious. We felt very at home. Super comfortable bed and the bedding was spotlessly clean as were the very large towels. We would definitely return to stay if we come to Salzburg again and highly recommend it to anyone. The location was perfect also just a short walk to the old town and attractions.

The air conditioning was insufficient and the layout of our unit was basically two rooms with about a 4 foot open passage between them, so what cool air did come out of the vent had trouble making it to the sleeping quarters. Additionally, there were no portable fans in unit to help move air. We requested fans and there was no one on site to bring them to us and communication about the fans was ineffective and we never did get the fans during our 4 night stay in 90 F temperatures. The location was great, the unit was clean, the laundry facility was great. The unit was nicely updated and decorated and comfortable otherwise.

Recommended stay

We enjoyed our stay here was within 10 minutes or less walking distance of Christmas markets. It was very nice and comfortable for 4 of us. There's a good place to eat right next door that was open until 10pm.

Location, location, location

Modern, gated and clean apartment. Everything was perfect; bed comfortable, lovely shower. Location was so convenient to restaurants, sights and the Spa convenience store opposite. Used the car park a few minutes walk away. Would definitely book this accommodation again.

The room is surprisingly spacious, fully equipped with everything one may need, including a cutlery set, coffee machine, kettle, and a small fridge. Check-in process is done by a code, so it may need to be explained for technologically challenged people

A nice stay in Salzburg

I visited the Salzburg festival to enjoy some opera's and concerts. The apartment was very well designed and a short stroll from the theatre's.
