I had a great experience at this hotel in Vienna! The location is excellent, very convenient for exploring the city and close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The atmosphere is comfortable, clean, and welcoming. The staff was also very attentive throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Very positive experience! Located very convenient, despite its just right near to Bahnhof, it's still quiet inside. Since I had to extend my stay, I got much better room (Dachgeschoss) with the view which kindly helped me from the stuff (Christina). Very recommended.

I picked this location being right next to a train station. I saved money by not being downtown Vienna, but in fact because I did stay here, I literally was within minutes of everything. Grocery store next door. Etc. For someone that actually NEVER used public transportation, this was an excellent venture. Great value! Only $28 for a week transportation voucher that included trains and busses. And you can take the train right back to the airport . The hotel is located at the end of the line. Super Easy.

So the room was very clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy as was check-out. There are two supermarkets very close making it very easy to buy supplies. It’s 2 minutes walk to the U4 so very convenient for the centre of Vienna. Rooms were quite with good curtains so this did not hamper sleep. Our only criticism was that the corridors were slightly unpleasant smelling but this didn’t affect the room.

Great apartment, perfect for the day I needed to be working on my laptop. I arrived very late and was able to check in fairly easily, although trying to open the main door took a bit of brainpower (read the instructions in advance!) Right next to train station and only about 20 minutes from the city centre which was fantastic. Great supermarkets and food choices right nearby too. Room lacked a kettle and I would've liked more towels, but rooms are only cleaned once a week.

The self-check in after hours was easy to understand because of the email we received from the hotel. The hotel is just outside the Muthgasse exit of the train station. Super easy with several restaurants and two grocery stores and a pharmacy on the street. The place was clean. The room was very warm the first night and someone was smoking in the hallway or the smoke was coming from the vents. I contacted the hotel and the next night it was no problem. No smoke. We left our window open the next day so the room was much cooler the next evening. This place is a little further outside of Vienna but a lovely train ride along the Danube Canal, clean, safe and convenient.

The room and hotel were clean. The hotel was Accessible, Location was perfect. Bus, Train are close to the hotel. Check in and Check out are organization were perfect. but The bedsheets were not clean. Fan of Bathroom did not work well.

It was somewhat difficult to unlock the auto-lock at the entrance. The rooms are large and comfortable, although they are in the category of flats with a kitchen. Almost directly connected to the station, so we didn't need an umbrella even though it was raining.
