V difficult check-in process. Unable to load passport scan to the site and ended up checking in via a WhatsApp chat with the helpdesk. Room was nice but the fridge didn't work (which I only discovered after I returned from the shop with some milk, yogurt and juice - had to leave it out on the window ledge to keep cool). There was what looked like black mould across the ceiling. It would be useful to have some milk (even powdered) to go with the supplied tea/coffee. Not everyone drinks it black...

The location was close to restaurants, a market, and the train station. Many places were within walking distance. However, the lighting and power outlets in the room were insufficient. We were left in the dark in the evenings. Furthermore, despite reporting this to management, my requests were not met. The child's bed was a foldable sofa, Also the back to sag, and the sofa springs were very noisy. The pillows were also very soft; they caused neck pain.

Easy in, easy out. Good location not far from the train station. Quite a few Asian restaurants in the neighborhood. We had a quiet corner and slept well. First time at a Limehotel. Would stay here again.

Good stay in Düsseldorf

The location was great and the apartment was very comfortable. My only gripe is the basin was not draining well. This is not great when u are freshing up. Other than that, I really enjoyed the stay
