The apartment is ideally located within a three-minute walk of the town centre and is conveniently close to local amenities and major sightseeing attractions. While I was able to extend my stay through the Hotels.com app and communicate with Numa via WhatsApp, access to a direct telephone number for verbal assistance would have been preferable, particularly for longer or business-related stays. Staying in the Numa property in Seville was amazing, it was well equipped and beautiful. The location was brilliant - literally only a 5 min walk from all the shops and very close to other attractions. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely consider Numa again in other destinations.

Checking in was very efficient and easy. Apartment was comfortable, but some amenities could be better thought through. For example, there was a washer, but no drying racks. The staff was more than helpful in allowing us early check-in during the national power outage. Our ground level apartment was well appointed and clean. Roof terrace was a bonus. Only suggestion would be to improve exterior ventilation in kitchen/living area.
