Awesome stay! This place is great. They are a really nice, clean, and modern cottages. The details are what set it apart- beautiful bathroom and shower, great kitchen area with coffee maker, and a very comfortable bed and couch. The heating was done through a gas fireplace in the room and it was perfect to keep us warm. It was also incredibly quiet in the house and the neighborhood. We also appreciated the last minute communication with the owners. They were very responsive and attentive. Zero issues at all. We love Spearfish, especially in the fall, and this will be our new place to stay.

This property is handled with Expedia for cancelation and states that nowhere. I completely understand the insurance but literally didn't expect to hear you have a 2 to 3 inch growth. Owner will not respond so be extremely cautious.
