The check in is a little confusing because the keypad is on a column with another keypad. A label might be helpful in the future. But we figured it out and also happened to get upgraded for free because of limited room availability. The location is super convenient and we were able to store our luggage for free even after we checked out. I would recommend this hotel to people looking for a cheap place to crash while exploring Milan. Nothing super fancy

Excellent location!

Excellent location, very close walking distance to Il Duomo. Very confortable easy check-in and check-out. I would go back anytime and would recommend it to friends and family.

Room was clean. There is no staff other than a front door security person during some hours. No amenities that I noticed. Location is great! Room was very very small. Lacking storage. Bed was comfortable. Toilet wouldn’t stop running water even when shut off. A couple snacks and drinks come with the room which is nice. Self serve to access the hotel lobby and room. One of the elevators was broken. Nice to have the luggage storage. Happy with the place and would likely stay again.

Great location

Great communication with the property. Relatively spacious, amazing location, about 3 min walk to the Duomo. Some parts of the apartment were a little tired, but overall a nice, comfortable place to stay.

This property has pros but unfortunately we found more cons. I’ll start with the pros. The ac worked wonderfully. The room was spacious (booked the XL room). It had a double bed, pull out couch and a small kitchenette that included a fridge and microwave. The location was great. It really is only a 5 minute walk to the duomo, shopping, restaurants, and metro. The cons: the noise. And yes, I had read other people complaining about it but we not only had noise at 1am from random people hanging out outside the room, but also construction noise all night long! They start at about midnight and end around 7am. We found earplugs and a white noise machine but neither helped. Oh and I’d also like to mention there’s a giant tv outside across from the room so all the light reflects back all night. The blackout curtains were broken in the middle so they didn’t help. What they claim is an espresso machine is a joke. There was no housekeeping available. Lastly, there is no shower. It’s a bathtub with an attached hose to shower.

The Adore is in the building right in the middle of Milan shopping district. Just few steps from the Duomo and the Christmas Market. The hotel room is clean, spacious and nicely appointed. The communication is easy and they provided a lot of good information. The only cons is that due to located right in the shopping district, we can hear noises all night long

You can find better

Dusty floor extremely dirty bathroom clean ac no working no refund it was around 40 degrees in the room extremely hot. Did offer a new room but it was still extremely dusty and bed sheets were dirty had blood or dark brown stains on them.

The room was a bit smelly and not maintained well . We were locked out of the appartement at night since there was no electricity in the reception so we had to wait more than an hour for someone passing by to open for us . The best thing about it is the location .

Checkin process was daunting, a time consuming. I do not understand their requirement for all accounts personal data. Other than that, the room as ok but our view from the window was obstructed by construction scaffolding.
