It was a very bright apartment with very convenient spaces, a lovely view of the pool, clean and comfortable, with a large bed and a very comfortable mattress. Both bathrooms were very practical. The area was fantastic and very affordable. I highly recommend it without hesitation.

This apartment was gorgeous. Having said that, if you stay on a Saturday night be prepared to party until sunrise since they are next to a dance club. As you may know, Argentines know how to party so you will be up all night :-))))

April, Gabriel, and the front desk staff were wonderful. Very helpful, willing to address any question, and happy to make suggestions. My only complaint was that the apartment (101) needed more lamps (floor and table) as the overhead lights were too bright. I felt safe and at ease in the neighborhood. The apartment was well-equipped (1.5 baths -- very modern), a respectable kitchen, had paper products in the kitchen and bathroom, soaps in both as well, and towels. Though you will need to buy food items (convenience stories nearby) and other bathroom items as per your individual needs/preferences. The neighborhood has plenty of cool restaurants at least one live music venue, and some really cute cafes.

An outstanding stay in every way. I almost never write reviews, and this may be the first one I have written for a place I have stayed in for a very long time, but this property deserves it. It was exactly what I needed during my time in Buenos Aires and, from the moment I arrived, it felt comfortable, welcoming, and almost like home. The apartment was impeccable. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the attention to small details made a real difference. Even simple touches, such as the seals on the toilet paper showing that the bathroom had been carefully cleaned and prepared, reflected the level of care that goes into the property. The front desk staff were outstanding. I arrived before check-in, left my luggage, and went out into the city. When I returned later than expected, they had tried to contact me simply because they were concerned and wanted to make sure I was all right. It was not about the luggage or any inconvenience. They were expecting me and genuinely cared. The neighbourhood was also ideal, with charming cafés nearby and easy access to the city, while still being far enough from the busiest areas to avoid the noise, crowds, and late-night chaos. My only disappointment is that I do not seem to be able to reserve the apartment for a longer stay. I plan to return to Buenos Aires next July and would happily stay here again.

Not the worst…

Got this place last minute for a big discount. The reception staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. It was nice to have 24hr front desk. The rooms were pretty dirty. They do say explicitly that there is only cleaning service once a week, but the room was dirty when I arrived. Requesting cleaning would be an extra charge. It was a comfortable bed and generally quiet, but you do have neighbors and you will hear them. There’s no deadbolt, but an electronic key pad is safe enough…right? Not the worst stay I’ve had, but not the best either.

The property was in a great location, walkable to everything. The apartment was clean and everything worked, but there were a few issues. The bed didn’t have a fitted sheet so the sheet didn’t stay tight, the hot water didn’t always work, the gym was terrible, it only had a few dumbbells, the building was cheaply constructed so it was noisy and the biggest problem was that the building didn’t have heat so it got cold at night and in the morning. Expedia said there was a one time charge for parking, but Too Rentals said we had to pay every day. It was expensive so we had to park in the street. Breakfast was also very expensive so we always ate somewhere else. I had a good stay mostly because of the location, but the apartment and building were a little overpriced for what you got

Excelente opción en una excelente ubicación! Muy cómodo el depto y lindo! Estuvimos entre 4 y bien cómodos, hay mucha variedad de lugares para comer en la zona así que a pie uno se maneja super bien. Tienen estacionamiento pago, hay que avisarles así te guardan lugar si hay disponible. La recepción muy amable.
