Excellent, even in soft opening! All very automatic. In and out with no hassles. Codes to door and WiFi prior to arrival. All works well. Rooms impeccable. Nice area of Porto Alegre

No parking available (even though they offered last week and despite plenty of space available in the building) and very poor security to enter the apartment (all apartments have the same basic 2-digit code, varying only the apartment number). Definitely not recommended this level of exposure in Brazil

There was no Wi-Fi in my room nor TV conection, when reporting the problem I was lead to a representative in another state and he could not fix it. The door was broken from inside, not safe although the building has security. Dirty bathroom and floors, really dirty. There was a nespresso coffee machine with specific refills, not enough coffee for the days and inability to make coffee due the specifications, and at the laundry there was disrespectful owners/rentals disrespecting my guest rights. This was the worse I wish get money back from the days without Wi-Fi

Checkin burocrático , tive que ficar esperando do lado de fora por uma hora, em um frio terrível, por fim não aceitaram meu documento ( funcional da OAB), depois de acionar a polícia conseguir adentrar, banheiro não estava limpo, ao entrar em contato não resolveram. Espero encontra-lós no tribunal logo logo.

Prédio novo ótimo, vista do quarto agradável, bons armários e banheiro, cama confortável. Importante ter uma revisão mais frequente das gavetas do guarda-roupa (leve odor de insetos), puxadores, porta de correr precisa de lubrificar para voltar a deslizar e deixar no apto um pequeno desentupidor de pia, a do banheiro precisou, talvez por uso de hóspedes anteriores. Mas definitivamente me hospedaria novamente no local.

Poor communication, espresso machine was missing. Had to contact the host, then they brought the espresso machine that didn’t work. Contacted the host again and never got the coffee maker for the rest of the 5 days. Horrible !

Já havia ficado algum tempo atrás. A localização é excelente. O studio é confortável e atendeu as necessidades. Só achei que a porta estava com problema e precisa de atenção. Da impressão que a tranca não está funcionado

O problema começou no check-in através da plataforma do Charlie, que não funcionou, fui direcionado para um chatbot que não resolve nada, e depois de muito tempo perdido, somente o atendimento humano resolveu. O apartamento não tem panos de louça, saca rolhas, detergente, escorredor de louças. Talheres, pratos, copos e xícaras somente dois de cada. O Cooktop elétrico não funciona. Wifi também não funciona e a "solução" do atendimento do Charlie foi passar a senha do wi-fi de outra unidade, o que além de inseguro implica em uma velocidade ridícula, prejudicando trabalhar e sendo impossível fazer uma videoconferência. Fazem os hóspedes entrar pela entrada de serviços do prédio. Manutenção do apartamento é ruim, com coisas quebradas, como a luminária ao lado da cama. Desaconselho totalmente
