Beautiful location, nice old renovated castle with very large rooms. Excellent restaurant with a stunning view at the outdoor terrace. Very friendly and helpful staff. I usually like to explore multiple hotels/locations, but this hotel and its crew made me come back five times this year.

Laura, the reservations manager, was very friendly and hospitable. We were greeted with a welcome drink. Our room was beautiful with a stunning view. The property is spectacular. We loved having dinner at the restaurant—the food and service was incredible. We loved everything about our stay.

A very attractive property, lovely spacious rooms. Food offering had little fish/seafood or vegetarian options. Breakfast and restaurant location are really cool but breakfast was poor quality and choice.

This property was excellent. I will forever have fond memories of staying here. Quiet town an hour from Florence great to get away from it all but still close to the touristy areas. Walking around the Castle and the grounds was a joy and the giant rooms were very very comfortable. The manager was a pleasure to deal with and had great restaurant recommendations. There was 6 of us and we each got our own rooms and were able to hangout together in the spacious rooms or the billiards room

We arrived from Corsica by ferry and were thrilled to find this amazing hotel through Expedia. The warm welcome we received, along with our dog, made us feel right at home. Dinner at the restaurant was absolutely fantastic—delicious and exquisite! It was a delightful evening, followed by a perfect night in a spacious and beautiful room. We can't wait to return! Härligt och vackert ställe

Underbart ställe! Rummet var enormt och ursprungligen det gamla stallet. Dock lyhört. Poolområdet mysigt, men lite skräpigt i poolen. Wi-Fi fungerade väldigt bra. Härlig frukost. Trevlig personal överlag, men under den sista middagen prioriterades ett annat sällskap/bord under hela middagen och servicen upplevdes nonchalant och dålig. Märkligt att vissa gäster är viktigare än andra. I övrigt kunde man verkligen njuta av lugnet med en vacker anläggning och omgivningarna runt om. Skulle gärna bo här igen.

Charmerende

Charmerende slots-hotel. Kæmpe store værelser, med god komfort - enkle, måske tenderende lidt kedelige, men meget renlige. Det er en gammel bygning, og det giver både masser af charme og lidt udfordringer. Parkering lidt væk, men ikke et stort problem, dog bør vejen dertil repareres ASAP! Restauranten ligger med en fantastisk udsigt over dalen, og meget hyggeligt. Super god service og mad.
