Great getaway for couples but we went with kids and still enjoyed it. Very relaxing on the resort itself and neat places near by to visit. Great views and amazing staff. Restaurant food quality was also good.

The resort is clean and cozy, the staff are welcoming and nice, The food and drinks are extremely expensive at the resort!, way too expensive than the normal expensive restaurant in Istanbul!

It was a good experience But i dont like to be their in winter, I believe in summer is much better I don't think i will come back as the price is quite high I paid for the breakfast but it was only served from 9 to 11 so i cant make it its too late

Poor communication. Employees are poor in speaking English. The location is not great. You have to call up a taxi otherwise no way to move. Food is horrible no varities. Have to eat kebab daily. Slthough i liked the guy serving Yüksel was good. No safe in the room to keep your valiables protected. No wifi available in the rooms either

Otel harika, göl inanılmaz. Odalar temiz ve bakımlı. Oteli gidiş yolu rezalet. GPS farklı bir otele götürdü önce, 5 dakika daha gidince oteli bulduk. 2 yetişkin 1 çocuk gittik. odada sadece 2 kişi için havlu vardı. Resepsiyonu aradığımızda whatsapp a yazın dediler. buna şaşırdım ama tamam diyerek whatsapp a yazdım. 3 saat geçmesine rağmen havlu gelmedi. Akşam olduğunda tekrar resepsiyonu aradım. Hemen göndereceklerini söyledi yoğunluk vs var dedi elbette. Tekrar 1 saat geçti. O sırada Hotels.com dan mesaj geldi tatiliniz nasıl geçiyor diye. Havlunun verilmediğini yazdım. Bunun üzerine 5 dakika sonra gece saat 9da havlu getirildi. Göl kenarında sürekli çalışma vardı orada otururken iskele monte ediliyordu. Bir gün önce de yine göl kenarında otururken çim makinesi ile çimleri kesiyorlardı. 1 saat boyunca bu gürültüleri dinlemek zorunda kaldık kahvelerimizi içerken.

Beklentilerimi tam anlamıyla karşılayan bir tatil oldu. Sessiz huzurlu bir tatil için çok doğru bir seçim oldu benim için. Belki tek sorun köyiçi olması nedeniyle arabasız ulaşım neredeyse imkansız yakında restoran veya market yok amaKahvaltı ve yemek konusunda son derece başarılı olduklarından benim için bir sorun olmadıevler insana kendi evindeymiş hissi verebilecek kadar temiz ve çok kullanışlı. Çalışanlar son derece kibar iyi niyetli ve yardımseverdi.Her mevsim gidilebilecek bir yer olduğunu gönül rahatlığıyla söyleyebilirim. Kısmet olursa kışın bir kez daha ziyaret etmeyi düşünüyorum. 20 aylık oğlum ve eşimle birlikte bir gece, aile tipi (5 kişilik) bungalovda konakladık. Hava soğuk olduğu için odada mevcut 2 klimayı çalıştırdık, sobayı da yaktırdık, gayet yeterliydi. Sapanca Gölü kenarında olması müthiş, çevre düzenlemesi güzel, peyzaj bakımlı. Dairede sunulan çarşaf, yastık temiz, mutfak eşyaları temiz bakımlı. Mutfakta ocak yok, mikrodalga fırın var biz bir gece konakladık su ısıtıcısından başka mini dolap yetti bize. Otelin restoranı iyi, menüsü yeterli. Akşam yemeğimizi ve sabah kahvaltımızı orada aldık. Rezervasyonu yaptırırken açık büfe görünüyordu ama serpme kahvaltı hazırladılar, bu da sorun değildi bizim için. Klasik kahvaltılıkların yanı sıra sucuk, sahanda yumurta, patates, sigara böreği servis edildi. Kahvaltıda haşlanmış yumurta istedik, akşam yemeğinde de oğlumuz için ne istediysek memnuniyetle karşıladılar. Otele girişte karşılama ve çıkarken uğrulamalarından, restoran personeli ile otel içinde görevli yardıma açık güleryüzlü personellerinden, iletişimlerinden memnun kaldık. Otele giden bir yol var, Göksu Evlerinin önünden devam ediyor Garaj Yolu diye görünüyor haritada, çukurlar fazla ama yavaş seyredince 10dk kadar sürüyor otele varmak, büyük bir problem değildi bizim için. Odada küçük ayaklı bir askılık ya da odanın bir duvarında sobanın arkasında mesela duvara monte havlu kurutmak için askılık olabilir. Tavsiye ederiz.
