This is a really great place to stay in Valencia. Primarily being long-term accommodation option for students, I loved how space was distributed for meals, work / study, clothes and for sleep. All was excellent. Only the "problem" I had - stay on a beach or go home to work 😆 My room was single with great quality bed of 120cm wide For short trips I would suggest to take your own toiletries.

Studio was not very clean at check in, moreover towels are changed one time every 4 days, for the price paid per night I think it's not a good service. Ventilation system fortunately during the night it's off, it's very noisy. Nice the common areas such as gym and swimming pool.

The hotel offers good value for money overall, but cleanliness left much to be desired. What was especially annoying was that the rooms were barely cleaned during the stay. Another major downside: each room was only given one roll of toilet paper – and even when we asked the cleaning staff for more, they refused. Great property, in good condition and located near the beach. I felt very safe and welcome and the studio was in good condition. Some small tips for improvement; Change towels more then 1x 4 days, ensure there are hooks to hang towels on / ensure clothing hangers are available and ensure that there is cleaning clothes & material in the gym to clean the equipment with.
