If you like the beach....it's a 10 minutes walk. If you like the old city...bus, tramway, subway almost in front of the door. Clean, excellent location, quiet. A very good stay

The room was small but comfortable. It was very much like a university dorm room for two people. We needed a few things like a coffee cup, wine glasses and a cork screw. Parking fees at $15 Euros a day was unexpected. Location was Ok but only because we had a car. Bus anf trams were close

This residence, which resembles a high-quality university dorm, is ideal for long-term rentals because the rooms come with a well-equipped kitchen. It’s in a great location in a nice neighborhood, featuring an outdoor pool and a rooftop terrace, not too far from the beach, with a metro station just a stone’s throw away and the tram right around the corner. The building is very well designed, with common areas that are excellent in every way. In short, a good place to stay for a vacation in Valencia. For my part, cleanliness was lacking in my room: a lot of dust everywhere, even on the ceiling; the shower and sink drains were clogged (they were unclogged immediately the next day); a bathroom door that scraped against the floor, preventing it from closing properly; no kitchen cloths for cleaning; and only one glass available.

The location was why I've booked the Livensa. The place remind me University dorm. If you are a light sleeper, that might not be the place for you, as everyone scream in the corridor, slamming doors non-stop, loud music. If you walk in the corridor you can even hear the shower when someone is using it... Walls are paper thin I guess. They haven't broom the unit prior to arrival, so floor were dirty. Bathroom needs some love too. But for me it was ok for 2 nights. Location was great with the metro at 3 min walk! I just didn't expect a dorm style for the price. Other than that, front desk people were great, quick and efficient.

Room was great - we didn’t use the pool. Area perfect, right next to the metro to get into the main centre and short walk to marina and beach. We also walked to the science museum and oceanografic. Great location

What we liked: Good location, a few minutes walk from public transport, great location if you plan to watch the Easter parades. A few shops nearby. Comfortable beds. A desk with a chair. The outside space is nice. What we didn’t like: Kitchen equipment almost non-existent, no kettle, no coffee machine, two cups, two plates, one glass, no bottle openers, minimum cutlery. If you’re planning to cook, choose a different place or bring stuff with you. One small shelf in bathroom, very little storage space, also no shelf in the shower for soap, shampoo etc. No space for hanging wet towels. No hairdryer. We asked for a kettle and hairdryer from the reception but had no luck. Wifi required daily re-registration which was a bit annoying.

This is a really great place to stay in Valencia. Primarily being long-term accommodation option for students, I loved how space was distributed for meals, work / study, clothes and for sleep. All was excellent. Only the "problem" I had - stay on a beach or go home to work 😆 My room was single with great quality bed of 120cm wide For short trips I would suggest to take your own toiletries.
