Hot water not working properly, good breakfast, nice place. For the money, Rodadero I think needs lots of work and cleaning, lots of people, and kits in the streets asking for money.

This place is a gem! Absolutely worth it. Beach just a short walk away in a quiet neighborhood supermarket on the side, short distance to Rodadero beach too. There’s a local breakfast place on the corner they sell very good arepas and fresh juices, also tours. The owner Havi and the guide Ivan, good prices and service. We also ate at Beer Gardens it was nice. Definitely will recommend this spot to everyone traveling to Santa Marta

The suites were great! The property is spacious, clean, and well kept. We had a private key to enter the premise. There are two small stores underneath the suites. About a 15 minute walk to the touristy area of rodadero where all the restaurants and small shops are. Very safe walk even at night! The beach is just a block away. They have a partnership with a restaurant nearby and also deliver breakfast to your door every morning.

Absolutely amazing! Staff is just super attentive, welcoming, friendly. Mary and Jesus are the best! Knowledgeable about area. Place is new, great easy access to building/suite. Convenient location, little market next to it, restaurant, 1 block to beach. Highly recommended. All new, very complete, nicely furnished beautiful units.

An apartment inside a jail with no windows al all

Property doesn't give advance instructions to check in. Never answered E mails or phone calls. Hotels.com should NOT allow restricted- imposible properties to offer so much restricted services. Apartments have no windows at all. Is like jail cel enclosed with no fresh air,no ventilation. NEVER AGAIN

Great location. Comfortable. Needs a bit more character. Maybe some inexpensive wall art and plants. The ones there are in pretty bad shape. Mary and Viviana, our hostesses are very kind, sweet, caring. Guided us and provided useful tips . Mary did recommend we go to a local eatery: Beer Garden where we were totally ignored to the point we walked out. Not her fault though. The ladies are constantly sweeping and cleaning, and always welcome guests in a polite manner and a smile. We witnessed many guests come and go. Busy spot. They made us feel at home. Warm homey environment.
