The room we were assigned upon check in stank of cigarette smoke. We asked if we could change rooms to another floor and this was arranged. The second room was great. It was on a high floor so we had a better view. The staff were all friendly. The area around the hotel is fantastic. Lots of areas to walk, half a block to the promenade, plenty of restaurants nearby.

Location, location, location! Great location and so close to the beach (just a short block away). The area is also very safe and quiet. The room was spacious and clean. The shower enclosure was a bit small. Large folks may need a room upgrade. Very good public transportation close by and taxis are always nearby.

The hotel has no breakfast even when it says so, they ask you to pay for breakfast, but is in OTHER HOTEL!!! also the walls are so thin that you can not sleep well, the staff moving furniture at 7am and was impossible to keep sleeping I do not recommend :)

The suite was very clean and nicely furnished. It was great having a small kitchen which was well equipped with dishes. The location was excellent as it was a block away from the beach and Rambla and walking distance to the the Main Street with lots of shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was also safe to walk around at night.

Great value & excellent location

A cute hotel at a great price located a short block from Pocitos Beach. Clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was small but handy. The shower was awesome, plenty of hot water and a nice shower head. The front desk staff were always helpful (and daytimes, spoke English).
From the window, beach is (just barely) visible.

It is very convenient as it is situated in an area where we could walk to several restaurants and even though offsite parking was sometimes difficult we always managed to find street parking not too far away. The people working there were always very nice and helpful. The room had a nice comfortable bed and the room size was perfect for our stay. It has a microwave, toaster, a kettle and a fridge.
