Easy check-in and check out. Very clean. Bed/pillows super comfortable. Loved being able to do own towels exchange as needed. Really enjoyed sitting down by the river. Wish the road wasn’t so close, but pretty minor complaint. Enjoyed our 5 day stay—a bull elk walked casually behind us along the walkway as we were sitting in the chairs by the river!

This was an incredible location for my momcation! My room was right on the river which was practically outside my door. I had a beautifully furnished room with a full kitchen and wonderful bathroom. I will be back!

This was my second stay at Woodlands on Fall River and it was wonderful. I stayed for three days with my two grandsons, and the room was perfect, as was the location.

The facility was clean and wonderful. It did smell of cigarettes which lead us to open the windows and doors in order to get rid of but other than that everything was incredible.

Location was key — 2 miles to entrance into Rocky Mountain National Park and just a few minutes from downtown Estes Park. Skiing and Ice skating within an hour away! Staff was a pleasure to work with! Definitely recommend!!
