Friendly staff and clean room. Breakfast in the restaurant was good. About a 15-minute walk from the train station and about a 15-minute walk to the old town. There were a grocery store and restaurants near the train station, and fancier restaurants in the old town. Limited evening food at the hotel bar.

Great access from Dampoort station and only a short walk into the city centre. Not a lot of shops nearby but basics are available in the foyer. Rooms located in the same building as Ibis Budget and share the same reception. Quick and easy check-in, including payment of city taxes. Secure building with card access to the building late at night as well as at all times via the elevators. Clean, comfortable room; probably one of the better nights' sleep I've had away. Always nice to have the kitchenette option even if not used. Good shower.

The studio with a kichenette is perfect for a longer stay. Bright and spacious room to work. The only drawback was noise from the street, but as long as the window is closed, you hear nothing.

Staff in the front was nice. Two things that made me stressed was that the sheet didn’t fit the mattress. The mattress didn’t have a protector. I woke up without sheet on the naked mattress. The other one was the WiFi. It wasn’t working.

What a lovely hotel! We stayed with our two children in a studio and the room was perfect. Plenty of room and great facilities. The little kitchen was an absolute bonus and plenty of room to cook if you wanted to. Walkable to the centre and the dock area was an interesting walk too. Great pizza in the restaurant and breakfast was delicious too. Parking was also easy and able to charge our car, even if it was expensive, it was convenient. We have recommended it to friends and would happily stay again!

The Hotel is ideally located to Ghent center and is easily accessible by rail and road. My visit was for business to which the hotel catered for well and again was ideally located for the industrial area to the north of Ghent. An easy 20 minutes drive from the hotel.

We had a great stay in the hotel for the last 5 days. Its location is perfect for city trips to Brugges and Antwerpen because nearby ist the train station Gent-Dampoort. The inner city of Ghent is nearby (15 Minutes walk).

Well located. It's an easy walk from the centre but has the benefit of the Dampoort train station nearby. Hotel was clean, staff were excellent and facilities great, eg they have a fitness room and a bar and restaurant.
