Location was great. The property was clean. Received great communication from the manager. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. Great fridge and stove, very minimal in utensils, and kitchen towels. There was no need for the large wine fridge for short-term rental. The bathroom did not have safety features in the tub/shower areas. No non-skid strips, and safety handles were missing. Towels and linens were plentiful. The laundry equipment was fine, just the sliding barn doors made the transfer of laundry challenging.

This was not a "suite" . it was an apartment, on a busy corner, that was cheaply constructed and you can hear loud footsteps from above. I would never do this again, and feel duped from the Expedia ad for this . The bed was poor, lumpy, no shampoo, no water, no soap. NADA

The overall stay was great but the condo was way too minimally stocked for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had very little items to cook with ex: no spices, no towels, no tupperware or ziplocks for leftovers, the sheets were the wrong size for the pull out couch, no comforter or blankets for the pull out bed, the main bedroom had a paper thin blanket for a comforter. The condo is stocked with very cheap furniture, towels, and was not cozy for a long stay. Probably won’t stay with this company again.

Clean but, no staff and bad instructions for getting through gate and also in signing up with iID etc. was a pain in the neck. Took all afternoon and than wasn’t even sure we were accepted.

The refrigerator was not working and had a foul odor. We had to go out for each meal. I called the host company and they told me this was a previous problem, but they thought it was corrected. It was not working when we arrived, there was a previous renter who I’m sure reported the same issue, and it was never fixed over the 4 days of our stay. Very poor attention to servicing the apartment and it was even difficult to get responses in a timely manner.

Ridiculous process for making the reservation and even worse checking in. No on-site assistance to get into room. Probably the worst travel experience I have had in years and I travel a lot.

The sheets smelled of urine and needed to be washed, the bathroom door knob was broken, the sofa was stained, blinds were missing. This was a disaster. It was a random 3rd floor apartment in a complex where people live. The furnishings were the cheapest they could find and I’ve never slept on a more uncomfortable mattress in my life. The mattress had no protectors and had blood and various other stains. The entire experience was horrible
