Great location in the heart of Seattle. Walking distance to coffee shops and public transportation to get you anywhere you need to get to in Seattle. Different concept hotel with shared kitchen and living room. Private bedroom and bathroom. Free laundry available, they provide detergent which was amazing!! Parking could be difficult but we were able to find convenient and free parking on the street. Very nice neighborhood.

This is my first time using a shared house. The guests from New Zealand are wonderful! I did not interact with the other guests, but they are cordial and civil. Overall, the entire place is clean; the kitchen, the refrigerator, the laundry room, and the living room are well kept.

The community kitchen was great. Our room was comfortable and very clean. There are stairs if that’s an issue. The registration process was very accurate. Just be sure and do all the steps!

Loved the decor inside the property and the shared common area. Very clean and well maintained. Check-in was very confusing and kind of frustrating. Also, the 2 flights of very steep stairs were a nightmare. We are in our 60s with mobility issues. We had a 2 large and 2 small suitcases. The location of property is in a very sketchy area and not walkable to anything. We did not feel safe outside of the property.

Great location, clean, safe and exactly as advertised. I spent three nights while in town for a conference. The neighborhood felt safe I never had a problem finding a parking spot on the street. As my room was on the third floor, I was able to open two windows for a cross breeze of fresh air in the evening. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. The shared kitchen and living room space was also very nice, just as pictured and the access to the electric tea kettle was really appreciated. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again for future Seattle trips.
