The villa was spacious, clean, with perfect amenities. We never saw housekeeping until checkout. The beaches on the property needed some tending and clean up. Some broken equipment and trash needlessly laying around. Otherwise a very peaceful and lovely experience. Sapodilla bay beach conveniently located across the street but traded proximity/direct beach access with comfort, space, and convenience. Overall loved our stay here.

The restaurant Las Brisas right there at the Villas was amazing. It was so nice to have a restaurant that close. The area was beautiful right on Chalk Sound. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.
