Great location, metro is right outside of the hotel. They offer free good coffee at lobby. Laundry room was easy to operate with 9 Euro total including wash and dry. Staff were friendly, highly recommended.

The receptionist may need to consider has tour information, and be more customer service. The only option provided after we learned the strike for Belgium train was look into the computer. Other than that the stay was great

The location is great, but the property was a tad run down. Sinks did not work properly, got fixed, bathroom is very very small, shower/tube is very high and the bedroom is very tight. Bed was good. So mixed feelings but would stay there again because of the location.

One night stay during our drive to Paris

The location of this hotel is amazing and the hotel staff were warm and welcoming. The rooms didn't have any air conditioning, but the weather was good and we cracked the window open. We were able to visit the Grand place twice due to the proximity. Would definitely recommend this hotel! The only drawback is the street noise during night as there are multiple restaurants underneath the rooms and it does get a little loud with the windows open.

Pleasant stay, close location. Will stay again. Parking is good for medium size suv though getting in and out of parking garage is abit tight but manageable. Very good security in parking and walk in entrance to reception which can only be accessed by guests.
