First, the staff are wonderful. The building and the pool are quite nice. Location is fantastic. My concern is about the property management company who holds these rental units and the lack of upkeep of the contents of the suite. Chipped mugs, only one large and one small glass, cracked water bottle, one hand towel that was grey and should be white, a hole in the bath towel. It is like when things break or are worn out, they are not replaced. I don’t need luxury, but this was a disappointment.

There was little privacy in the bathrooms from the rest of the room. Also cameras monitoring everywhere was a bit unsettling. But it was a very clean and well maintained hotel and the location was excellent.

The location is convenient and we loved the pool. It's about a 10 min walk to the beach. It has everything you need to cook a small meal. The only thing to now is that it's very noisy as there are many apartments on one floor.

Cheap property. There were bed bugs, cockroaches, but that is expected. However, it was never mentioned that the pool was closed for "maintenance" and there should be compensation for the false advertising. Ceren is a condo with 6 floors. All units are privately owned by various owners. When you arrive youll be greeted by a person working the front desk. This person is only there to enforce security and is not affiliated with any kind of check in procedures
