Hotel Zaza was wonderful. Staff members were great! From the moment we arrived in the courtyard until we departed, the staff were well trained and very polite and helpful! Accommodations were large, clean and well appointed, great bathrooms with excellent water pressure, coffee and fruit every morning on our floor plus tea and fruit flavored water and delicious cookies every day in the lobby. Also the location was walkable to many delicious restaurants and upscale shopping. We will return!

My wife and I travel a few ti.es each year to different states & countries. This was our 1st time staying local for our anniversary. We're so glad to have chosen Zaza. The staff, valet, housekeepers and bar servers were all professional and courteous. We'll definitely stay there in the future.
