The room was fine, although it needed a little maintenance... it looked a bit dirty. I had to ask for help from the staff at reception and they were very friendly and helped us solve the problem. On this occasion, I noticed that the shower area was too small and therefore a little uncomfortable. However, the location is perfect if you have to leave early for the airport.

Checked in during the evening to find the toilet was not working. Was not offered to move rooms and a technician would come in the next morning to fix the toilet. Technician arrived around noon the next day and was unable to fix the toilet. Communication with the host Julia was terrible. After a couple hours we were offered a new room, however, it was a different category room with two twin beds. Little or no apology was given and communication ceased with the host Julia after we denied the twin room and moved to a different hotel requesting a full refund. Have not heard any updates on our refund almost a week after this ordeal.

Honestly, the room/apartment itself isn’t very spacious. It’s compact, but ideal for one person. In my case, I basically stayed just to shower and sleep one night before an early flight, and it was extremely convenient because I was at the airport in less than 5 minutes (traffic included). I absolutely loved the bed… I hadn’t slept that well in a long time. I highly recommend it and have already favorited this apartment to stay again and for longer stays. The cost-benefit was excellent, and I loved the experience. It met my needs 100%. I’ll admit I was a bit hesitant at first because I received a message asking for an ID to complete the check-in. But honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. It was AMAZING. I arrived, my face was recognized immediately at the entrance, I got in without any issues, and that only added even more value to the experience. Congratulations!

muito cômodo pra quem vai pegar voo em Congonhas no dia seguinte cedo. Apenas andar meio quarteirão e chega na passarela pra atravessar a rua. Quarto limpo e justo! Não tem café da manhã, é tipo um apart hotel, não um hotel. Não tem recepção, você faz todo o check in enviando documentos antes. No prédio, você entra e pra entrar no prédio coloca a senha que recebe por e-mail. Valeu super
