Rooftop pool area was very nice, rooms are large and included a small kitchenette with dishwater and lots of storage space. Coffee maker available with enough coffee pods included for one day. Location is excellent, close to Rossio Station and very convenient to Metro. Walking distance to all the main tourist sites.

Lovely hotel and facilities. My only complaint is there was a damp or bad plumping smell from bathroom (stagnant water smell) maybe due to no window in there but every time you went into room you could smell it! Other than that no other complaints.

I may be off here but I do believe that a stink in the restroom and a struggling AC do not belong in a 4-star hotel. If you agree with me you should probably choose another hotel. The pool and the view are great, though.

We had a big room with a small kitchen. Everything was very clean and comfortable and to our liking. Since we had our own kitchen we did not try the breakfast. There is a nice rooftop bar and poolarea. We stayed for four nights. Unfortunately did the airconditioning system of the hotel have a breakdown at the time, during an extreme heatwave, but it wasn’t too bad after all. Extremely good lookation. The metro was right outside and all the hop-on-hop-off buses also stopped right outside. Nice staff. We enjoyed our stay.

The Hotel is in a very central location. We barely used the public transport as most of the activities we planned were walkable. The staff were polite and helpful. The decor in the rooms are not modern, but for the three days we stayed was perfect.
