Room was very nice , clean as expected. We’ve stayed at this resort in the past and had a good experience. Everything was good, except the food and drinks are extremely overpriced. I would also like to add that the staff near and around the pool and bar area should work on their mannerisms, quite rude . If I’m spending almost $5000.00 for a stay at your resort, I expect to be treated like royalty. I was treated very well our previous stay , I just don’t feel like I , (we) , were treated the same as before.Just saying, not too sure if we ever return.

Absolutely amazing 8th floor and we could see it all excellent place. Expensive to do activities at the resort the waterpark and kayaks should be included with the stay everything else was expected to rent.

Clean room- but only a sheet and light blanket on the bed. We don’t drink, so the bar happy hour was not important. Restaurant- food was good. Activities were awesome- packages were a great deal!

The view from the balcony was incredible! The pool by the bay was resort level quality and had a stocked bar in addition to, two dining options. Direct easy access to the gulf side where the resort had chairs and umbrellas, pending you upgraded your package. My only criticism would be the adventure package pricing is a bit high considering how frequently you may actually utilize it. I think a single use option should be provided such as water park for two hours, Kayaks for one hour etc. just felt for my family personally we only spent several Hours using those amenities and it could have been more cost effective for travelers. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend to Others

The property set the bar for a relaxing, yet engaging, vacation. The room was spacious, as we were accommodating five people.The food choices were diverse and the pool areas were laid out beautifully. The live music by the pool was such a a nice touch, and there was any activity one could want by the water. A swift walk to the beach for another adventure directly across from the hotel set the tone for a day of fun I. The sun. We will be back.

The Portofino Resort is the perfect getaway on Pensacola Beach. The lifestyle center is an entire oasis. Especially out back at the pool and Coastal Bar area. The staff was friendly and very helpful and my wife and I will definitely be returning soon.
