A very nice pleasant place to stay

Handy location for both Disneyland and the nearby shopping centre. Was in a newly refurbished room which was well appointed, clean and warm.

The room was dirty. The sheets had bits of dead scab with pet hair attached, dark hairs all over the pillows and they smelt bad. It was clear that they had not been changed at all and the previous guests had slept in them. We went down to complain and the manager at the desk only gave us one clean sheet .... we purchased our own in the end from the shopping centre
