The apartment was amazing and it had everything I needed, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher ect, bedrooms are huge with ceiling to floor glass, beautiful views. 100% would recommend

The stay was horrible spider webs everywhere. The dishwasher was not working the wifi was not working . Nothing was right about the stay other than the view. Would not suggest to anyone for more than a couple of hours

The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was great, enough space and conveniences. The parking was good value and easy to get in and out, safe and secure too. Good Vietnamese restaurant below and really good access to more places just a short walk away.

Great service every expense was well explained and the policy regarding damages and having extra guests was very helpful. The room was excellent, well cleaned, tidy, more amenities then needed was a great stay, will be booking there again.

The apartment we stayed in was fine. However what was disappointing was the customer service and treatment we received from Caitlin at the front desk. On two occasions Caitlin was rude and lacked professionalism. When we discussed the situation with the manager and informed her of what happened and how rude Caitlin was, the response we received was lack lustre. Customer service at this hotel is lacking and disappointing.
