You have to go into benidorm to pick the key up,.the pick up point is in a hotel 0at the reception..it doesn't tell u this I just happen to go into the hotel to ask where no 1 was. !?. Had appartement met giga dakterras. Geweldig uitzicht. Inrichting appartement was ok. Keukenuitrusting kan wat uitgebreider. Geen waterkoker of koffiezetapparaat. Water koken moest in een van de twee aanwezige pannen. Fijn was dat het appartement elke dag schoongemaakt werd. Had ik niet op gerekend. Tv had alleen Spaanse zenders. Heb een heel fijne vakantie gehad in dit appartement.

Stay was ok overall for the family with the little baby. The cot wasn't provided, so we had to bring our own. Also, one needs to be informed upfront (we were not) that the check-in is actually in the hotel and not in the apartment building. That's where the breakfast (and other meals) is also served. It's about 15 min walk, but if one uses short-cut it could be under 5 min (we used it every day). Another annoying feature is lack of wi-fi in the apartment. On a plus side - fantastic view from the apartment (floor 22 we had), quick walk to the beach, and hotel staff was actually very helpful, addressing all our needs and beyond (special thanks to Natalie at the reception!)
