The property itself was wonderful and the service/feedback from the management was quick and responsive. Only downside was the overall location. We ended up spending most of the time away in other parts of the city, but the apartment was a blessing to return to for rest and recuperation. Internet is fast. Room is clean. I wasn't very careful when I booked the room so I was a bit surprised to learn that it is an apartment instead of a room in a hotel. But it was nice -- we have washer, stove, fridge and microwave. We did no contact check-in/out. Staff are friendly online but I didn't meet them in person. Everything went smoothly.
