I liked the ski lodge/honey feel.
The hallway and room was probably 80 degrees all night even though it wasn’t really that cold outside. There was no way to regulate temperatures in each room. Had to sleep with the door open to the back patio area. Also the toilet was jammed or something so that didn’t flush, had to lift toilet lid off snd pull stopper manually to flush. It was cheap.
The weather was beautiful so we were able to enjoy the outdoor spacious backyard facing the river so peaceful and relaxing.

Room was quiet comfortable and nice view of mountain run off stream. Help was ok but not overly friendly.
It was 1st week end open so they need to be cut some slack but place was disheveled. Leaves piled up in driveway, broken screen to balcony, lock didnt Work .
Central controlled heat made the room like sauna so had to open balcony door to sleep. Complained but they really couldn’t do anything . Because of Covid no breakfast but they should tell you before you book.
We did get a coffee and muffin from them but I had to ask. Place OK but probably wouldn’t go back

Hot tub was cold. Shuttle service advertised but you had to walk to a bus stop up the road. Facilities very dated. Carpet very old and buckling. Not as advertised.
We enjoyed it all. It’s very New England. Quaint. Had everything you need. Continental breakfast had home baked muffins, fresh fruit salad, cereal, bagels and English muffins. Instant oatmeal too. Kids had fun in the pool. Staff friendly and helpful. Already booked another weekend next month.

I reserved a room with a queen bed 3 months before the stay I needed. When I arrived I was given a room with 2 double beds and overcharged. No one at the hotel cared or tried to make it right.

For the price it was fine. Place needs some love. Room quiet as i think we were the only ones there walks barely shoveled. Pillows terrible bring your own. Lifts open at 8am breakfast out at 7:30am. Don’t expect to eat and get first chair. Hot tub nice. Place just seemed unloved and sad.

The location was right on route 108 which is a great location and the property was great for the price.
This is a great value property.
The rooms are a little warn and there isn't a lot of service but the location is excellent and I've gotten a great price staying there.
The Hot Tub, Sauna and Swimming Pool are really nice as well.
The two times I stayed there I came away feeling I got my money's worth.
Toilet in room would not flush went to front desk to report issue and a woman came in room jiggled something inside the toilet and said we were all set. Not all set as each time the toilet was used we had to reach in a disgusting slimy toilet and jiggle a handle to allow toilet to flush. Never offered a different room-spent way too much money for this!!!
Very cozy and comfrotable. Breakfast is good but dont go expecting bacon and sausages. Very clean and great view. The staff is attentive and welcoming. Would definitley recommend.
Room was clean and comfortable, stayed two nights and housekeeping left dirty towels in the bathroom floor and did not put clean ones in.

Hotel is fine a little $$ for what you get. The breakfast is over stated. Nothing hot available unless you consider a toasted begal or muffin a hot breakfast
Room was cozy but hotel is old and needs some updating. Room was clean along with the rest of the place.
Back for a third time in as many years. A great place to relax. Not a lot of frills, but everything we need. Pool and hot tub are perfect!! Nice view across the river. Staff friendly, accommodating. Atmosphere homey, Vermont-y, low-key. Breakfast not fancy, but fine. Clean, bathroom recently remodeled.
Overall it was very cozy. It could maybe use some updates and the continental breakfast was slightly lacking, plus they ran out of plates and silverware. But the pool and jacuzzi are nice. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. They made you feel at home.
