Great place, nothing fancy but safe and cheap

The room was a great size, air conditioner super cold! Beds were comfy but there were a lot of stains all over the bathroom possibly mold.. otherwise this place was great! Parking was secure and safe, don’t let the naysayers out there dissuade you from visiting Coatzacoalcos, it’s safe if you’re smart about times and locations! We had an absolute blast here!

I liked the area where the hotel is located. I liked the room arrangement shown in pictures and the amenities described. I didn't like the conditions the room had when I entered it. I entered the room late at night and the room was humid and wet all around the floor and walls. There was as strong odor to humidity or chemicals from the kitchen. On top of that, there was a strong continuous noise, all the time, coming from behind the ceiling, which looks like it was from an AC unit or so, which made us have a very bad sleep.

Location is great, but this place doesn’t offer the minimum essentials, like enough towels, toilet paper, iron and board, hangers for clothing, reception staff not very helpful about all the needs that we had, bathroom shower horrible, you barely get water to shower, slippery shower floor as well, elevator kind of scary, that sound that makes is scary, etc. Not a good experience
