Yes, I use the shops, the room was clean. The host phone was not going through, was not around to show me the room. Had to wait at the reception for a while

Onsite restaurant was delicious. Lots of staff to help with understanding of where to go and amenities. Host was pleasant; however, throughout the stay we lost internet, tv, and power all due to nonpayment. Host communication was pleasant but show. Left the last day with a majority of my clothes stuck in the washer locked due to no power when having to go catch my flight. The power was not restored until after it was too late for me to have access to my clothes for travel.
