My family and I evacuated for the storm Thursday before last. We left Florida and decided to go to Branson Missouri once we landed and stopped for lunch is when I booked the resort stay. Perfect timing it was nearly 4 pm and that is check in time. I was satisfied with everything but the pool and hot tub that was advertised ended up being closed. That was a disappointment. They did give me 2 options for off site amenities but had I known I would not have chosen this resort.

Very old and worn furniture. Tub jets nasty and not working properly. Bathroom floor was very dirty. Deck was so dirty and grime on all the walls, we couldn’t sit outside. We left a day early!

We absolutely love the room. We took our four grandchildren with us had plenty of room. Would definitely recommend it for large families. The pool was very nice too, and the room was big enough for all of us to spread out in.

If you have to check in after the office is closed you have to call a number to get a code, the lady who answered the call was very patient while i was getting my room key! Staff was great and helpful with answering questions and the place was very clean! I can see myself staying again in the future.

Pros: Everything was clean and as advertised. The stay was great and will definitely stay there again. The amenities are great and the staff was friendly. Con: Did not have hot water during late evening hours. Prepare to take your showers in the mornings.

The room was clean and the property outdoors was very nice and well maintained . Great location, easy access to the strip. We did have a few roaches in the kitchen and the furniture was extremely dated. Side chair was stained on the arm rests. Fridge had rusted spots on the front but was very clean inside and cold. Overall, not sure I’d stay here again.
