Check-in was smooth, the apartment was the same as the one we booked in the listing, and it was perfectly located in the city. Once we figured out how to boost the water heater, everything went smoothly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This apartment was a perfect respite after two weeks of hotel rooms. The washer was most appreciated! The terrace is lovely, I wish there was better seating on the terrace. Location was convenient and the parking garage is a bonus!

This place is definitely on my list to re-book again if I go back to the area! The views were amazing at all times of the day! The laundry was easy to use, kitchen had everything I needed, we loved there was a hallway toilet in addition to the bathroom with a shower/toilet, and sitting area on the balcony was easy to access and use! We did have a little trouble with getting hot water in the middle of our stay so we contacted the host about it. They called within 2 hours of the message and talked us through how to get hot water. Being from a different country we didn’t know you needed to push a button between showers…(the button is in the laundry room if that happens to you!)

This is my second time staying at a Mansly apartment and I can’t say enough how pleased we were. I’m a very picky traveler with high expectations on cleanliness and efficiency and they don’t disappoint. Location is great, across from stores and surrounded by restaurants. At times when I’m tired of restaurant food, the kitchen is well equipped even to bake. Great job please keep it up!!

Beautiful spacious apartment close to everything in Inverness! We were shocked at how big the apartment was! The only feedback I have is better directions of how to find the main entrance to the lobby. Other than that, it was a perfect stay.

I had an entire apartment right on the river Ness the view was beautiful and the location was walkable to several dining and shopping options and the Train and bus stations. My check in was contact less but the property was in beautiful condition including a very generous welcome basket and a lovely coffee and tea selection. This stay was amazing

Everything exceptionally clean. It was so nicely located - right next to the shopping street and the castle and on the river (great view from the exceptional terrace!). It was great that the parking could be accessed from the building but we had trouble finding it. Maybe better directions to the garage? Like right to the right of the Hotel Mercure? Very nicely stocked kitchen.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. Great central location, 5 minutes walk from the train station, Tesco just a few minutes' walk across the bridge for food supplies, and check-in was seamless. The only negative is that the apartment is above a bar with loud music able to be heard in the bedroom, but this did not spoil our stay
