Only feedback is the aircon unit causing a loud squealing noise from the vacuum of the room and air being sucked through the main door, was resolved by leaving the balcony door cracked however this then let cold air into the apartment.

Parking is a bit tricky as it's very tight turning spaces. I am taking a large SUV next visit and am quite concerned about actually fitting into the car park entrance, let alone a parking space!
