Fräsch och fin lägenhet med perfekt läge i Gamla Stan. Dusvhen svämmade över så en golvskrapa behövs. En stol till hade varit ett plus och absolut 2 täcken till bäddsoffan när 2 personer ska sova där.

The apartment was SO cold. The sofa was falling apart. The curtains could not close. The oven was dirty and the kitchen lacked amenities, so it was useless for cooking a nice meal. No answer to emails. Very disappointing stay.

När man bokar ger dom sken av att man bokar en lägenhet med kök. Det visade sig vara ett väldigt litet rum där det inte fick plats i princip mer än sängen. Blev både förvånad och väldigt besviken. Det fanns bara två lysen i rummet. Antingen taklampor eller sänglampor. Det visade sig att det inte ens satt några glödlampor i sängbelysningen. Så antingen va man tvungen att ha fullt upptänt i taket eller kolsvart i rummet. Men det värsta av allt va temperaturen i rummet. Jag brukar vilja ha väldigt svalt när jag sover men detta gick över alla gränser. Det va så kallt i rummet att jag va tvungen att använda dubbla täcken och dubbla tröjor varav den ena va en tjock fleecetröja. Jag gissar att jag hade 13-14 grader i rummet när jag kom hem på kvällen för att sova. Jag försökte kontakta hotellet redan på kvällen men fick inget svar. Efter vistelsen har jag på nytt kontaktat kundservice angående detta. Efter drygt 2 veckor har har jag inte fått någon som helst respons från hotellet. Under all kritik att inte ens svara. Kan vara bra att veta att det är långa trappor utan tillgång till hiss i fastigheten samt att det inte finns någon reception på hotellet. Kommer givetvis aldrig boka en vistelse här igen. Mycket vilseledande beskrivning av boendet, extremt dålig komfort pga kylan samt en obefintlig kommunikation och service är sammanfattningen av detta boende.

Overall, it was okey. Close to many of the great old city centre sights. Most amenities in the room were good. We were missing any sort of towel to dry dishes, like a tea towel. Detractor was general cleanliness. The coffee table was not cleaned properly or well as we could see numerous cup rings from previous stays. We could see a significant buildup of dust on the air duct in the main space. Made us wonder about what we couldn’t see. The sofa bed was hard to sit in as the pillows and extra towels were stuffed into the bed itself. Better to leave these things in any of the various storage cabinets, of which there are many. This was another good thing about it. But again, we only discovered what the problem with the sofa was once we prepared to sleep for the night. Simple fix, so please fix it.

The apartments were recently refurbishes and helped with the overall beautiful stockholm experience! The check in is completely done in remote by the staff and that might not be the most easily understandable thing at first, but later we got the hang of it. The apartment itself was small and cozy but it was good for 3 people max. The beds were surpisingly comfortable

Excellent location. Lots of stairs but we did get our exercise climbing them. When you get to apartment press door bell and you will be assisted ( wish we knew that earlier). Once they provide you with code to enter into foyer, virtual attendant will get your room keys set up - they have a machine on site. Enjoy this place. I would stay here again

This aparthotel has great potential, but my stay was less than ideal. As noted by other reviewers, the lack of communication from the host made things more challenging. The hotel is centrally located in Gamla Stan, but cars can’t drop you off directly due to zoning. Our cab dropped us 1/3 miles (500 meters) away, and we had to carry 3 large bags up cobblestone streets. Once familiar with the area, we found a closer spot (200m away), but a heads-up would have been helpful. There’s no reception, which is fine, but we struggled to get in. We waited from 2 until 3 PM for another guest to let us in after our call via the Ring camera went unanswered. Only after trying a second camera inside, we finally checked in. The room was in good shape, but there were some issues: the bed consisted of two small beds pushed together, not a queen. The bedroom was cramped, barely enough room to move around. The blinds didn’t stay down, making the proximity to the neighboring building uncomfortable. Additionally, there was no air conditioning, and with temperatures around 22-25°C (71-77°F), we had to leave the windows open. However, outside noise from people, church bells and early trash collection made sleep difficult. No room service during our 4-night stay, despite requesting fresh towels. We were also told we couldn't store our bags at the hotel. Overall, the aparthotel feels more like a side hustle. Clearer guest instructions via email could improve the experience.

Right in the centre of old town and surrounded by restaurants but a narrow stairwell and no lift, a bedroom that is quite literally as wide as the bed and constant noise from the bell tower! There are no cars allowed at certain times so be prepared to lift your suitcases over a long stretch of cobblestones and up multiple flights of stairs. The check-in process was very weird, performed over a ring camera. No questions answered, no information given.

Bra beliggenhet, midt i smørøya :)

Vi trivdes der og det ser ut som bildene viser. Det eneste som manglet var en oppvaskklut og et håndkle for å ta oppvasken ellers så var alt bra. Vi valgte Gamla Stan fordi vi reiste med 2 små barn og vi ville unngå " storstadsviben " , selv om det var mye turister i gågaten så var det bare å ta en annen gate. Vi tok en ferge over til Djurgården og det anbefales. Nå så må det sies at jeg er lommekjent, og vet hva jeg forventer i Gamla stan.
