Stayed in Molly's basic apartment for 5 nights. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and handy to all the city has to offer. Although the building has some issues- hallway was musty and carpets water stained- once inside the apartment this was not an issue. Overall happy with our stay.

The place is okay for a short day, but I wouldn’t recommend it for any longer. There were very few cooking utensils, and I certainly wouldn’t call what we stayed in a “premium” apartment, as advertised. Location is OK but not the best.

Good location in proximity to everything you need in the CBD, trams and metro are also very accessible. Accommodation were OK, there was construction and a weird smell in the hallway. The hosts are not at all responsive to inquiries about accommodations for early check in or late check out (months and weeks in advance no less). Probably would not stay here again as there are better options nearby (like the Aspire).

The room wasn’t perfect in cleanliness but the the things that matter were. The windows weren’t clean and there were a lot of dirty marks on the carpet. The location was brilliant. And Jack who was the contact person was very helpful and great to deal with.

I stayed in apartment 8 and there was a issue with cockroaches. As soon as we arrived and opened the door we saw them and continued to do so throughout our stay, I contacted the host within 24 hours of arriving to make them aware of the issue and received no repsonse. The apartment itself was tidy and in a great location but the cockroaches were hard to over look.
