Kommunikation mühsam

Kommunikation war mühsam, trotz schriftlicher Kommunikation via Hotels.com-Chat wurden wir von einer Mitarbeiterin zwecks CheckIn angerufen um einen Termin zu vereinbaren. Dieser muss 30min vor Ankunft erneut telefonisch bestätigt werden. Nur um dann zu erfahren, dass der Schlüssel in der Box deponiert ist. Informationen betreffend Checkout haben wir 6Stunden nach Checkout-Termin erhalten.. Bad, insbesondere Dusche sind stark verkalckt ansonsten sauber. Zentrale Lage in Dudelange.
