Friendly staff except 1

Staff was helpful Except Arslan he was Very rude. But thank god for Tim and Ahmed they were always very helpful they even helped with the bags. Thank you guys

The room was not clean, there was a bed smell inside and the fridge was so old and loud that made sleeping very hard. The staff did nothing to help, very disappointed.
