If you are looking for a funky, organic, hide away near the beach but aware from conventional concrete accommodation, this is a fantastic spot. Steve makes you feel very welcome, with beautiful gardens. This is a bohemian dream. Appreciate its eccentricity and its family and dog friendly vibes

Tidy cottage. Showing age and has partial do ups. Curtains needed more hooks as barely hanging. Cutlery draw needs cleaning and improved. No TV but excellent wifi. Shower has excellent water flow but no hair shampoo.

Relaxed , clean and comfortable cabins. Lovely garden , plenty of car parking, walking distance to the beach . Quiet area , can have a good sleep. Heaters in cabin for chilly nights that work really well. Good shower water pressure. Steve is a great host! Very friendly and would do anything to make sure our stay was comfortable.

We loved staying at sand castles, it has everything we need and had some are homely feel , I just wish I had of known to bring shower soap, but the stay was perfect for what we needed and the kids loved it
