Excellent resort style cabins with self contained amenities. Close to Broken River trails system and Platypus viewing. I recommend this accommodation if Broken River is s destination for you. Watch out for message from management with room details if arriving after normal reception hours, ie after 4:30 pm or so.

A really fabulous location! The Broken River tracks (and platypus viewing areas) are literally a 5-min walk from the cabins. Cabins are dated in their decor but clean and spacious.

We really liked the seclusion and tranquility of the resort and its closeness to nature. Especially the easy opportunities to see platypus in the wild. The staff was friendly and efficient. Will visit again sometime.

Room is very dated, with mould starting in the bathroom walls and kitchen blinds. Carpet and lino worn. TV and free Wifi worked well. Everything in the kitchen you would need. Fantastic meal at the restaurant! Will go back again just for the feed, and a very reasonable price

Wendy and the entire team were lovely and took very good care of us during our stay. Dinner cooked by Chef Joe was delicious, served in a beautiful woodland style restaurant area. The perfect place to enjoy a meal after getting to see 3-4 platypus for the first time! Thankyou very much to Wendy, Joe and the Team for a lovely stay!

The best place to stay if you want to see platypuses in the wild. It was an amazing experience. The key to multiple sightings was being still and quiet!
