Excellent apartment, very responsive and helpful staff (thanks Shelly!), easy access to town centre, good parking out front (time-limited). Area itself is OK - it's in the middle of the harbour, but close to wildlife cruise station and easy to get to Otago Peninsula.
Unique accommodation right next to the water and close to the Dunedin train station. The place is absolutely amazing and we are so impressed with the quality appliances such as Asko washer and dryer. The only thing is that it would have been perfect if electric blankets were provided.

We were impressed by the great layout and cleanliness of this small apartment, it had everything we needed and more. So close to town with free parking. A home away from home.
Lovely spot to stay. Only one issue. The train tracks.
There wasn’t anywhere close to go over. So we used an Uber.

Quirky three-level loft-style apartment with harbour views. Spotlessly clean and modern, the only downside was the ventilation during our hot weather stay, and train noise!

Quirky and characterful, just what we wanted from our short stay in Dunedin.
Proximity to the CBD was great as driving in the city is a nightmare so great to be able to walk. Apartment is really funky and would recommend to others.

A comfortable apartment on three levels. Master, bathroom and laundry on the entry level with a full kitchen on the second level with the small living are on the top level. Be aware that means stairs if anyone is handicapped or has children.
The apartment is heated but has no aircon for cooling the apartment in hot weather.
It is located close to the railway line and the trains shunt carriages around well into the evening which can be noisy if you have the windows open.
It is a 10 min walk to the city centre and close to coffee shops and restaurants.
The sliding glass shower screen sticks and is very difficult to open.

Had an amazing stay here. Brilliantly decorated old building. Clean, comfortable & modern. Loved our stay. Walked around township via the train station (worth a look). Will be back!
