Cute, clean little apartment close to city center with lots of eateries, coffee shops and shopping. We had a little trouble finding it and checking in but it was late and we were exhausted. Was a bit noisy as we were over a restaurant. We liked that we could park nearby in a safe garage (we didn't drive in town) and that a great tour company was right down the street.

A tastefully decorated mini apartment in the middle of Sorrento. Excellent hosts with strong communication and they even arranged a bunch of free snacks and drinks for us which were waiting in the room on arrival - a real nice touch and u expected. Overall the room is a tad tight, so it was crammed with 2 large suitcases, but no different to most of Europe! The location and quality of the room more than made up for this.

Absolute horrible experience. The room has very poor sound insulation and you can hear everything from the other rooms, even people flushing their toilet. I messaged the host the first night saying that I couldn't stay there for the remaining 2 nights and they said they would refund me for those 2 nights. I went to another hotel and days later Expedia told me that the host couldn't be reached/didn't agree to the refund. Such a scam. On top of that, the check in was late because no one was there and I had to contact them multiple times before I got to the room. I would never go back or recommend anyone to stay there!
