This is the most beautiful place ever!!!!! 😭❤️ you all seriously need to come. The host was amazing, the staff were so kind and caring and really helped in times of need. The view is BETTER IN PERSON. Please don’t hesitate to come. My experience was amazing and I wish I never left. I will be back!

Clean and central location was nice. A little TLC and this hotel would have great potential.Not as modern as others but having a comfortable bed, working ice cold A/C and a big pool checks all the boxes for me.Never overcrowded and literally steps away from beach access is what keeps me coming back.Hotel has history with beautiful painted murals and art work throughout. My favorite place in all Cancun.

The pool was really great. The views from the pool of the Ocean and beach were astounding. The hotel overall was good, the rooms large, bathroom are was large, and overall pretty clean. The hotel overall needs updating, which they seem to be in the middle of.

Wow I loved this place as I am a fan of art and it feels like you are staying at an Art Museum by the beach. My only complaint was the only restaurant was closed by 4pm probably because it was a quiet time but there were still a few guests staying and it would have been nice to at least have it open until 5pm. I ordered my meal just before closing and got it delivered to my room. Food was excellent and staff tried very hard to make you feel at home. Got upgraded because I missed a couple of days after missing my flight and it had a fantastic view...very large room and very comfortable. No complaints and I will be back.

Lots of good. Very quiet and peaceful grounds. Beautiful clean pool. Old, dated, tired room that needs renovating. Very hard to find the hotel for my Uber drivers, as there are no signs on the building. Bed was hard as a rock. Coffee in the rooms would have been nice.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they kindly arranged an early check-in for us, which was greatly appreciated. However, I felt that the hotel was not in as good condition as it appeared in the photos. Some areas seemed a bit worn and did not match the expectations set online. I would also have appreciated higher-quality shampoo and soap amenities.
