Clean and cosy rooms. Central to the mountain and town. Very nice room layout! Washer/ dryer available in the villa. Check in process could be improved. We arrived earlier in the day and no one around to help us check in. We left and returned hours later and still no one to check us in. Another person staying in the resort contacted the person that was supposed to be there for check in and that person sent the cleaner to check us in! It was annoying and bizarre!

We loved loved our no.22 Chalet. Everything was clean, modern, warm, well decorated and just super nice to come back to after a day up thr mountains. We enjoyed soaking up in the spas also..was so relaxing. We will definitely be returning next time we come back to Ohakune for our ski trip.
