Clean and clear room, pleasant space for 2. It’s difficult to take a shower without flooding the bathroom. The furniture is beautiful but a bit uncomfortable, and there aren’t hooks to hang or place to store belongings. It’s easy to hear neighbors and some noise from groups using the barbecue area. For 2 nighut stay, it was a good stay.

The property does not have water. So, no chance to use the restroom or take a shower. Help desk communication is terrible and don’t assume any accountability or find alternatives for solving the situation.

Lovely place no complaints, comfortable bed, attentive to my requests when asked about anything. Secure and safe area close to everything. I would stay here again. The bad was my fault. I was locked out the first night. I had requested the access info while on flight as I had no phone when I arrived. I did not get codes until booking another hotel for the night that had internet. At 3 am it was not fun being homeless and without phone in Buenos Aries. There is no one at this property and virtual security. So make sure you have codes for access prior to arriving here ... Disappointing Stay at a 4-Star Hotel

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this 4-star hotel, which failed to meet even the most basic expectations. The room's cleanliness was appalling - the bed sheets were dirty, the pillowcases were stained and crumpled, and the towels were old, worn out, and even had holes in them. The hotel's front desk was nonexistent, forcing me to leave my luggage in a separate building three blocks away. The path to the luggage storage was under construction, with uneven pavement and small tiles that made the journey unpleasant. The noise levels were unbearable, with loud shouting, music, and revelry coming from the attached to our building barbecue area outside my window until 4 am. When I reached out to the hotel's WhatsApp chat for assistance, they dismissed my concerns, stating that it wasn't an emergency. To make matters worse, the neighbors buildings are currently under construction, resulting in extremely loud noise levels during the day. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a disaster, and I would not recommend it to anyone. For a 4-star hotel, the standards were shockingly low.

Not value for money not clean no swimming

At the end we haven t stayed i asked a relative to come for us by 9pm. I was threatened that if i stained a teatowel with blood,make up etc i would have pay a fine. When i arrived i checked everything, even the mattress (by the way the matress has no cover) and i found a big stain on it. Also 3 small stains on the duvet cover. I sent the picture and they told me that when there is that kind of stain they dont do anything. Incredible. The shower the drainer it was all dirty i took the picture and send it. No answer. Then we had a shower, the shower was nice but the water took ages to drain. And then it came out of the shower. It was too much stress,we decided to leave. Tge swimming pool i wouldnt call that, according to the oxford dictionary you could call a pool. You couldn t swim no deep enough, good for babies and todlers. To just get out of the heat. Just two beach chairs occupied by a lovely couple with a baby. To contact the property, the time it was until 5pm i sent a message asking what to do if we wanted to leave. No answer as it seemed that it was closed. The flat was nice. But they dont leave anything no coffee or sugar or tea. Just toilet paper and not even a teatowel, so great as there wasnt one i could never stain it and be fine. The price of the room was almos 75 pounds. And the neighbourhood was not tge top.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, e um valor muito bom pra localização que é, tem vários restaurantes e bares próximos, o shopping também é próximo, quarto espaçoso para uma ou duas pessoas, cama confortável, roupas de cama limpas, fácil comunicação com os donos, cozinha bem completa pra quem quiser cozinhar e comer em casa. Indico muito, com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar aqui. Deixo de indicação para conhecer o café Cofi Jaus Palermo, a loja de vinhos Cosecha 1974, e o restaurante Hierro Parrilla Palermo, que ficam a 7 minutos andando do hotel, todos com ótimo atendimento, um café maravilhoso, excelentes vinhos e a melhor carne e um chopp artesanal muito bom. Indico também pra quem gosta de patros italianos a Orno Pizzeria, indico pegarem a burrata. Como nem tudo são flores não indico irem no Sushi Izakaya by Sushi Pop Palermo, apesar dos bons drinks e o lugar ser lindo o sushi não é fresco, vem mais arroz e cream chesse do que salmão e o atendimento é pessimo.
