First it’s confusing when you arrive, no idea where to go. Next, the woman there was very nice but not too helpful. Eventually got into my room, no AC, no electricity. After 2 hours like that sweating profusely we left. Ended up getting refunded but still cost for Ubers and taxis… on the positive side, the woman there was very polite.

Wow, where do I begin property look abandoned not sure if it was new but no one was there. No service power was off when we first arrived when power finally came on. There was no Wi-Fi. There were bugs all over the place. Hot water would only work for two minutes. Wow, I could go on and on.

The condo was great very clean. The staff was great and very helpful. The shuttle to the beach was nice but limited on drop off and pick up times so we walked and it’s a long walk in the heat but worth it. The extra $15.00 per person to go on the beach every day was pretty expensive when you have a family but you can use the ticket toward food and drink at the restaurant on the beach they charge $40.00 charge to shuttle to the airport was a bit expensive

The Cana Brava Apartments are very nice. The room was nice, obviously newly furnished and had a working AC, plus a nice walk-in shower. The restaurant is good and prices are ok. Please be aware that the building is very remote, so a rental car is recommended. Walking distance to the Hardrock Casino is 10-15 Min. and to the Beach Club (highly recommended) like 25 Minutes.

Please be warn that there is no front desk or receptionist the only form of communicating with the property and management is on WhatsApp. Upon arrival they require photocopy's of all parties passports which is mandatory make sure management sends you a QR code prior to arriving so therefore you could enter the front gate onto the property which the property manager failed to give us in advance how embarrassing that was! The rooms was definitely dirty with an overwhelming smell of dust and a weird odor be advise of the constant noise and dust from all the construction being done around the property. In addition, you need to rent a vehicle to move in and out of this property. Lastly the access to the front door to the unit was denied several times keeping us locked out as well multiple power outages keeping us in the dark. My suggestion there are so many better options. Good luck hope this helped

New Construction, Great Location

Awesome location away from the party scene (if you don’t want it) and close enough (if you do). Beach Club is A+, make sure you spend 90% of your time there.

Hard Rock and Golf access - Very Private

This is a lovely property and Elsa was a lovely host. I also engaged Franklin for some transport and he was very friendly, timely and an excellent driver. I was there for a multi-night concert at the Hard Rock and the location was perfect. Easy access to the venue and a quiet escape for my stay.
